At the end of that first 30 days, you will receive a short summary on how the partnership has progressed and actions in place for the coming period.

The support continues over the succeeding months. You will get regular updates and the same level service that you have come to expect. At the end of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, we will reach out to you so you can help conduct a formal appraisal on how your Software Developer is progressing, their strengths, and where you feel improvements can be made
