What is Cloud Employee's After Care Department?

When our clients first consider the option of having an Outsourced Software Developer many different questions run through their head. It could be about cultural challenges, potential language challenges, or geographical challenges.

 

I can not see my Software Developer so how do I know they are working properly? They are all valid fears and questions that everyone considering going through the outsourcing process should ask.

 

We at Cloud Employee recognise this and have built an After Care strategy that ensures all these fears are put to rest. Where other outsourced options bring you in and then leave you to your own devices, Cloud Employee is with you every step of the way. Our After Care Process is managed by our Community Director, Jason Gunn, with nearly 25 years of customer and client support under his belt in both in-house and outsourcing setups. He has a broad understanding of the needs on both sides and where the potential challenges lie. In addition, he has lived and worked in the Philippines for over 10 years, bringing a great understanding of the cultural nuances and the challenges that local Software Developers face when working with western clients. This combined expertise ensures smooth operational delivery.

 

The relationship between the Community Director and you, the client is extremely important as they are the main day-to-day contact person for you to share any thoughts, positive feedback or concerns with. Every day they monitor attendance, they will be the one to notify on the rare occasion that your Software Developer is not available, and will help guide them on when is most suitable to plan time off so that there is minimal impact to your business. Additionally, if you need additional equipment or work tools he can have that organized and set up for you and save you any hassle.

 

The main focus will always be on communication, we want you to look at us as part of your team, as your outsourced partner it is vital that you look at us as part of your business and with the same beliefs and goals as you, right from the start, on their first day in the office our After Care Team will meet with your Software Developer and help them acclimatize to the environment, Our Community Director will also personally call every new client to help establish that relationship early and discuss their needs and preferred way of working and communicating.

 

Over the first 30 days expect to hear from our Community Director regularly as he will monitor their progress and help ensure there is beneficial communication flowing between you and your outsourced Software Developer. At the end of that first 30 days, you will receive a short summary on how the partnership has progressed and actions in place for the coming period.

 

The support continues over the succeeding months. You will get regular updates and the same level service that you have come to expect. At the end of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, we will reach out to you so you can help conduct a formal appraisal on how your Software Developer is progressing, their strengths, and where you feel improvements can be made

 

As your outsourced partner, we want to make everything as easy as possible for you. From HR to IT set up and payroll concerns we will manage, motivate and mentor your Software Developer so that you can just focus on the task at hand.
