Cloud Employee provides a full After Care service for its clients once they have hired their software developer. For many of our clients, it is their first time outsourcing and we know the importance of making it work. So as part of the Cloud Employee service we give full After Care Support. This department provides full day-to-day support for both you and your developer or team of developers. We deal with all of the HR issues, IT setup, and payroll concerns so that you can focus on your business.
The Full Time Dedicated Community Manager plays a large part in your outsourcing success. From a technical task point, your developer will report to you and you will provide them a task list that will keep them busy. The Community Manager will be there to handle all the awkward stuff so that the working relationship between you and your developer remains harmonious. The Community Manager will set regular meetings with you and these can be daily, weekly, monthly or the interval that suits you most.
The After Care Team will monitor your developers timekeeping, leave requests, and general attitude towards their day. We handle all payroll needs, IT setup and support, and create a positive, productive environment for everyone to enjoy. Whereas other service providers make outsourcing awkward, we take that awkwardness away.
The After Care Team conduct regular feedback appraisals with all developers, including relevant performance feedback from you, so that they are always growing and giving you what you need. We are in constant contact with you so you get and can give, regular updates on how things are progressing.
The After Care Team also use the information you share with them and look for developmental opportunities so that our developers, and your team member, are continually learning
