Role Overview

• Building responsive templates based off Figma designs
• Ensuring front-end code is semantically correct, SEO friendly, and meets accessibility criteria
• Dev testing front-end code against the agreed browser matrix
• Working with the design team to help validate designs for technical feasibility
• Working with the back-end web developers to integrate with our React/Angular or CMS applications
• Bug fixing front-end code to help resolve customer issues

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of building responsive UIs using:
• Accessible and SEO friendly HTML5
• JavaScript / jQuery
• Responsive layouts
• CSS
• Experience Building templates and components for CMS website
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch/Zeplin
• The following are desirable:
• Experience of using TypeScript
• Experience with Node / NPM and build/pre-processors
• Other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
