The Position

The Aftercare Accounts Associate is the liaison between the company’s clients and our in-house developers. He/She will be responsible for building relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all clients’ needs are being met. 

Reporting to the Aftercare Manager, the successful Aftercare Accounts Associate will be tasked to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies 
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services 
  • Alert the sales team of opportunities for further sales within key clients 
  • Let clients know about other services the company offers
  • Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts 
  • Achieve client relationship targets and set KPIs as set by the management 
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers and Developers 
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients and developers 
  • Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues
  • Update the CRM and ensure account managers are aware of changes within clients
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers 
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues 
  • Organised approach to work with a hardworking and strong work ethic 
  • Ability to go above and beyond expectations, using your own initiative to resolve issues
