Strategy & Operations Manager

• Strategic initiative management: As strategic priorities are translated into workable operational plans and initiatives, drive initiatives to ensure that cross-functional teams are meeting their deliverables on a set timeline.
• Market and business development research: Conduct market research to ensure that business development team and efforts remain competitive in the food and robotics industry. This research scope includes evaluating inventory performance, identifying market trends, and continuously analysing the competitive landscape.
• Business intelligence: To empower decision-making for the company and its business development partners, collect, analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Impact projections: Develop detailed impact projections for new product use case applications, for both internal and external stakeholders, making sure all parties are aligned on ROI before beginning product development.
• Financial modelling: Create complex financial models to support business development proposals, project feasibility or profitability evaluations, and merger & acquisition (M&A) decisions.
• Scenario analysis: Conduct scenario analysis to assess the impact of various factors on projected strategic outcomes including market conditions, supplier quality, costs, projected timelines, and manpower required.
