Senior UI Developer with Umbraco

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new features within the products while also improving the functionality of existing components.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
• Develop and implement high-quality front-end solutions with a strong emphasis on user-centric design principles.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Reporting directly to the Solutions Architect and working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness for various devices and screen sizes.
• Troubleshoot and debug UI issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in UI development practices.
• Work in a cross-functional product team to deliver our vision and roadmap of a high-quality SaaS product.
• Interface with product and engineering teams to help design system architecture as well as functional and non-functional requirements as needed.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

• 4+ years’ experience in a software development team environment.
• Proven experience as a Senior UI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UI implementations.
• At least 1 to 2 years of expertise in using Umbraco for web development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related libraries/frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of programming using ASP.Net and C#.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and discuss ideas with team members.

• Familiarity with cloud architectures and trends.
• Strong coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing, and experience with agile development.
• Demonstrated experience translating user requirements into functional specifications and technical development in collaboration with functional consultants.
• Experience with REST API, PowerShell, TypeScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, testing Framework (e.g., XUnit), MS SQL, Azure Functions / Service Bus, SSRS.
