Python Developer (Senior Level)

• Assist with the design and implementation of functional requirements.
• Develop and build efficient and viable back-end features in Python.
• Integrate and test front-end components into relevant applications.
• Oversee the testing and bug fixes as required.
• Prepare and record technical documents for future use.
• Work alongside User Interface designers to implement their designs into the coding.
• Coach junior team members Mentor and coach junior team members and oversee their work to ensure the standards as kept to a high level.
• Develop and implement software improvements and enhancements and suggest ideas for improvements.

• With 5+ years of experience as a Python developer.
• Good understanding and practical experience with Python frameworks using Flask.
• Proficient with MongoDB and experienced in working with Queues.
• Solid understanding of databases SQL and mySQL.
• Cloud Services (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Back-end and front-end testing tools.
• Setting up and managing CI/CD workflows.
• Highly skilled with attention to detail.
• Good mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience and training.
