CRM Data Specialist (MS Dynamics 365)

• You will be responsible for managing and optimizing data within our market-leading platform for our customers.
• Manage and optimize data within the Microsoft Dataverse, our comprehensive solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design data solutions to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement data integration pipelines using tools such as D365, SQL, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Utilize KingswaySoft or other data integration/translation frameworks for seamless data integration across systems.
• Create and maintain data models, data mappings, and data transformation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM data management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with a strong understanding of its modules, customisation options, and data management capabilities.
• Extensive experience in SQL, including data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and ETL processes.
• 3 + years’ experience in a software development team environment.
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience with KingswaySoft or other data integration/translation frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application in data analytics.
