From 2014, I have been working as a Software Engineer who specialises in building web applications using Python and Django, following the best practices and standards available for a bigger development team. I am comfortable using Agile Development (Scrum) as project methodology. Moreover, I am very easy to work with, suit any type of projects, and deliver quality product that satisfies your requirements. 

I have a broad experience with Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Django Mezzanine, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft API, Social Authentication (Facebook, Twitter, Google), Facebook, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, GIT, Agile Methodolgy (Scrum, Kanban).

Lastly, I love to communicate with clients to be able to work on tasks effectively and closely follow the needs of the project.

Project: Managing data privacy software

  • A system that aids the organization to adopt a systematic life-cycle approach to achieve data privacy capability.
  • Particularly worked on with Angular 2 for creating another module for setting up questions and answers for competency assessment.
  • Worked on with websockets and Django channels that enables real time based applications for taking up the assessment.

  • Develops startup-based products using Python and built in Django framework. Creates internal tools as a web-based application in working with the daily process of the company.

 

Project: Anti-corruption system (November 2014 - April 2015)

  • Worked on creating an anti-corruption software system that allows an individual to report any form of corruption within their community.

  • Python and Django has been the core technology in developing the software

  • REST API implementation as well since it was planned to develop a mobile application.

 

Project: Project cost calculation (April 2015 - August 2015)

  • Created a Project Estimation software that allows users to have an idea of the costs in creating a web or mobile application based on the standards of the company.

  • Being used as an internal tool of the company as their stepping stone in closing a deal or project

 

Project: Progress update tool (August 2015 - November 2015)

  • Created an update tool allowing users to put on their daily updates that denote their tasks as Done, In Progress or To Do

  • Currently used as an internal tool which allows the clients to view what the developers are working on at the moment.

 

Project: Online learning system (October 2015 - November 2015)

  • Created an online lesson system that allows children to learn different kinds of basic subjects.

  • It involves allowing the user to set up subjects to be taught online using HTML5 slideshows.

 

Project: Content-based website (November 2015 - December 2015)

  • Created a content-based website using Mezzanine.

  • Mezzanine is a Django app plugin which allows users to create a powerful, consistent, and flexible content management platform

 

Project: Calculating project estimates (January 2016 - March 2016)

  • Worked on Internal Estimator that allows users to calculate the project’s cost estimations.

  • This involves producing rough estimates on specific features within the project, and then calculating the closest possible overall estimate that can be used as client project dealings.

 

Project: ERP Software (March 2016 - June 2016)

  • Worked with Cloudsuite, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software that puts all the business processes into one package.

  • Particularly worked with Project Management module which is designed to handle the Agile process, specifically Scrum methodology.

 

Project: Fitness forecasting system (June 2016 - August 2016)

  • Particularly worked on with AngularJS and handled REST API for front end development.

 

Project: Optimising data records (June 2016 - December 2016)

  • Worked with Salesforce, a CRM tool for business solutions.

  • Particularly worked with Salesforce Bulk API that handles Account, Contact, and Lead records of a certain business.

  • Worked with Microsoft Dynamics that handles data records of the customers.

  • Worked on with Cloudsuite SaaS, a portal to handle customers who would like to get Cloudsuite as part of their business tool.

  • Particularly worked with Django, a Python framework, and Celery which allows handling of scheduled tasks and executing methods in a certain time.

 

Project: Survey-based system (February 2017 - April 2017)

  • Worked with a Django-based web application that handles surveys within a certain company.

  • Particularly worked with Django using Docker and handled Javascript and jQuery framework

 

Project: Report Generating System (April 2017 - June 2017 )

  • Dashboard Metrics is a report/metric tool to generate reports for internal company use. It helps the admins monitor the company’s status. 

  • Worked with a Django-based application and used Charts.js which handles the generation of graphs and other statistical representations

 

Project: Storybook creation software (June 2017 - September 2017)

  • Worked with a Django-based application that allows users to create a storybook from predefined settings or places.

  • Particularly used Django as a framework powered by Python and handled authentication processes for users and allowing them to create their own storybook using VueJS
