Work Experience

iOS Developer

• I was mostly involved in a chat app project. I re-implemented the video call feature of this app when the library using made major changed. I also did optimization for the existing app such as CoreData queries.
• I was also involved in the Sync Contacts feature where I created a helper for importing properly formatted contact names, and their respective internationally formatted numbers.
• I was also tasked to improve the image caching of the chat application.

Software Developer

• I led the development of an educational math game written with Objective-C using SpriteKit framework. I decided the architecture of the app, and also I was able to implement the in-app purchase for this game. I was also assigned to do the proper management of the assets such as images, and sound of the app.
• Other than that, I’ve worked with the company’s mobile team to mostly create catalogue apps written in Swift.
• I’ve also investigated the MobileFirst framework to get accreditation but the company did not pursue it. I’ve also attended several in-house seminars about user experience.

Software Developer

• As a fresh graduate, I attended training seminars about iOS development.
• After that brief training, I was deployed in a maintenance project of a catalogue app written in Objective-C. I was also able to incorporate a proximity beacon functionality in a coupon-based app. Mostly, my technical experience here was on maintenance of existing iOS apps.
