The Position

As a Symfony Developer, you will be participating in driving our already successful business to new heights. Possessing a passion for pushing web technologies to the limits, you will be able to develop a suit of Symfony-based RESTful APIs and web applications in the real estate sector.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have extensive knowledge or experience on PHP 7, OOP Design Patterns and Symfony 3.4 and above
  • Understands the “Thin Controllers and Fat Models/Services” philosophy and SOLID principles
  • Strong ability to use version control systems such as Git and Git Flow, and database tools such as the Doctrine ORM, PUP Unit, and MySQL,
  • Strong knowledge in Queues/Messaging such as RabbitMQ, Beanstalkd, SQS, ZeroQ, and Kafka, among others.
  • Expert knowledge Jenkins CI/CD and Linux command line basics
  • Should be aware of best practices in RESTful API design and development, and PSR coding standards.
  • Experience and knowledge in Behat, AWS, System Architecture, Caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached etc.), Elastic Search, Docker/Docker Compose, Agile methodologies including scrum are desired but not critical.
