Software QA Test Engineer

• Integration testing (APIs)
• Translating Acceptance Criteria into written test cases
• Build and maintain automated test suites
• Ongoing management & execution of test plans (manual and automated)
• Raise and Triage defects in Jira
• Clearly articulate status, workload and issues experienced to a variety of stakeholders
• Proactively share and document working knowledge to reduce key-person dependencies

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a Software QA Test Engineer role
• Automation testing understanding & experience
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Expert technical skills working with testing tools and automation suites
• Experience in building scalable and efficient test suites
• Worked with API test tools such as ReadyAPI and Postman
• Knowledge of cloud-hosted SAAS architecture (e.g. AWS)
• Strong experience testing APIs, websites, and mobile apps
• Experience working and collaborating as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
