Role Overview
- Participate in hands on development, configuration and testing of process automation (RPA) to meet the defined requirements.
- Design and develop process automation using core RPA workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintain able and easy to understand.
- Monitor existing RPA functions, be responsible for and develop status reporting, troubleshoot and manage issue resolution of RPA across all phases.
- Work collaboratively with process experts, subject matter experts and busines stakeholders during process analysis, script development, QA and
- UAT phases to deliver high quality RPA automations.
- Have experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
- Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality.
- Strive to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends from a variety of sources (internal and external) to create quality solutions, products, and services.
Candidate Requirements
- BS Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of development experience and solid background in programming; must have experience in RPA / automation.
- Experience in coding RPA solutions using industry leading Robotics Automation Product, UiPath certification highly preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as management/executives including verbal, formal presentation and written communication skills is essential.
- Ability to perform development in line with best-practices, articulate why a particular approach is best for supporting a requirement, deliver a clean, well-commented configuration, and unit test effectively.
- Understanding of Process Design and Technical Design documents.
