Head of Growth

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Head of Growth to join a high growth scale-up engineering-as-a-service tech company aiming to become a unicorn.

The company has a strong vision and growth strategy having scaled to 250 staff in the past 2 years with plans to double recurring revenue and headcount in the coming 12 months.

You will be joining an energetic and personable team, who are based around the world with offices in London, Australia and the Philippines with plans to open campuses in other emerging markets including Kenya and Brazil.

In this role, you will work closely with the company founders and be responsible for creating and implementing an innovative marketing plan that drives awareness, demand, and revenue for a new brand. You will also be instrumental in launching a new global brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to expand brand reach across software engineer candidates and tech companies.
  • Work closely with the founders in the rebranding of Cloud Employee and on the branding and global launch of a new sister brand.
  • Oversee the company’s social media pages and content strategy
  • Create innovative video marketing features and scripts
  • Build, execute, and refine campaigns and programs for global outbound demand generation
  • Assist the CEO and coordinate the marketing team with planning, execution and analysis of innovative growth and marketing strategies
  • Be responsible for creating and writing regular features for our blog and social media pages
  • Create and improve existing brochures and other marketing materials
  • Create and refine outreach email sequences for lead generation
  • Direct content writers and graphic designers
  • Report on campaign analysis and results

We’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative marketing role (Ideally B2B)
  • Highly creative with experience in devising sales funnels that engage, inform, and motivate
  • A good eye for design to direct our graphic designers. (The ability to graphic design yourself would be a plus.)
  • Excellent creative writing skills - must be fluent in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • An effective team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience with the Tech industry would be a plus
