The Position

The successful Lead React Developer will be expected to:

  • Help us maintain and improve our variety of web properties, using HTML5, CSS3, React, Redux, and a variety of frontend libraries.
  • Work closely with UX and Product teams to deliver working code rapidly in an agile environment
  • Be able to innovate when challenged to meet technical requirements, ensuring flexibility and maintainability
  • Have knowledge of Web UI best practices and an eye for aesthetically pleasing user interface designs

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Able to work in a remote environment with a distributed team
  • Gets stuff done
  • 3+ years of front-end development experience with React, Redux, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Able to work with internal and external APIs
  • Demonstrated experience with RWD (Responsive Web Design)
  • Strong collaboration skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Shopify
  • Experience with Wordpress
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with Highly interactive SPA applications
