The Company

A fantastic remote opportunity for an ambitious Customer Success / Account Manager at a high growth scale-up engineering-as-a-service tech company.

This British headquartered business connects high-performing remote software engineer talent around the globe, with some of the world’s leading and most innovative tech companies.

The company has a strong vision and growth strategy to solve Europe’s IT talent shortage and has scaled from 5 to 200 staff in 18 months with plans to double its recurring revenue and headcount in the coming 12 months.

You will be joining an energetic and personable team, who are based around the world with offices in London, Australia and the Philippines with plans to open campuses in other emerging markets including Vietnam, Kenya and Brazil.

You will be focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and typically stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with our business.

The Role -

  • Onboard new clients
  • Grow healthy customer relationships
  • Enhance client experience
  • Acts as a client point of contact and liaison between clients and engineers
  • Promote client loyalty
  • Handle performance appraisals

Candidate Requirements -

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B customer service or account management.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Naturally organised with attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and accountable for own work.
  • Friendly, approachable and naturally excited about building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate. Experience in working from spreadsheets, create and improve our onboarding decks and procedures
  • Experience using CRMs.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (flexible out of hours).

The role is remote based however central London should be relatively easily accessible as you will be required to come in for initial onboarding and then on an ad hoc basis. 

You will be required to travel to the Philippines and other countries circa 3 times per year for a month at a time. You also have the option to live in the Philippines full-time and benefit from a tax-free package.
