The Position

The Assistant Marketing Manager shall support the Marketing Manager in leading the team and delivering results, with the specific tasks of managing marketing tasks along with the marketing manager, acting as the team lead in the absence of the Marketing Manager, and supporting the lead generation team as well.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful Assistant Marketing Manager will be tasked to:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks for the Marketing & Lead Generation Team.
  • Generate periodic performance reports using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments regularly for support.
  • Strategise online and offline marketing campaigns by using thorough research.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Assist in organising promotional campaigns and help facilitate their success.
  • Support the lead generation team in various projects and tasks.
  • Manage the Marketing Team & Lead Generation team in the absence of the Marketing Manager.
  • Be on top of all the marketing initiatives and be able to liaise with team members on a daily basis.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the rest of the marketing team to come up with marketing ideas that can take the brand to the next level.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or any related course
  • At least 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Strong professionalism and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or leading a team is desired
