LinkedIn is probably the first thing that comes to mind when looking for a job on social media. Having an extensive LinkedIn network partnered with an attractive profile can attract many employers and build a strong foundation for your career.

LinkedIn hosts a diverse selection of groups where you can join in and engage with professionals.  If you want to gain more insights about your industry, build your network and keep an eye on open positions, one way you can do that is by joining groups. Unlike the group mechanics of Facebook, LinkedIn groups are focused on careers and professional development, thus allowing you to get information straight from the source.

Being skilled at coding is one thing, but knowing about the tech industry is another. A great way for you to showcase your talent and knowledge is for you to create your own content, and LinkedIn is a great platform; it can serve as your professional blog.
