Based on various cognitive research, the daily mini-games are split into different categories: memory, attention, problem-solving, flexibility, and more. According to the developers, just one session can improve a person’s mental skills and help keep track of their progress and performance when compared with others. Recommended as one of the apps to train your brain, it’s free for a limited access and can be upgraded for the full version for $15 a month.

One of the widely used apps to train your brain on the list, Elevate’s brain games stem from proven educational techniques.
